Terms of Service

Nuvaro is a tool for recording, organising and understanding your money. It doesn't connect to banks, hold funds, make payments or move money.

Nuvaro is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Reports such as P&L statements and GST summaries are prepared from the records you enter and are meant to help you and your accountant. They are not audited accounts or tax returns. Check anything important with a qualified professional.

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate sign-up details.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account; use "Sign out everywhere" in Settings if you think someone else has access.
• One person per account.

You own the records you put into Nuvaro and you're responsible for their accuracy. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Nuvaro AI, voice entries and statement imports use automated AI. They can misread a document or get an answer wrong. Imported entries are shown for your review before saving; please check them, and verify AI answers before relying on them. Exchange rates are indicative mid-market rates and may differ from your bank's.

• The Free plan includes core tracking and limited monthly AI and voice use. Nuvaro Pro adds unlimited AI, statement imports and statement downloads.
• When paid plans are available, prices are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used billing periods, except where the law requires a refund. If you think you were charged by mistake, email support.nuvaro@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll look into it.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, who acts as the seller of record; their terms also apply. Taxes may be added where required.
• We may change prices or plan features with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Don't misuse Nuvaro: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt or overload the service, reverse-engineer it, get around plan limits, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

We work to keep Nuvaro running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever shut Nuvaro down, we'll give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on Nuvaro's reports or AI answers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

You can stop using Nuvaro and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute can't be resolved by contacting us first, it will be handled by the courts of India, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email before they take effect.
